Baltic Amber dangling earrings made out of ideally round ball beads in non-translucent antique butterscotch color (yolk). The balls measure 0.8 inch in diameter (2 cm). This is reconstructed amber. Each bead is made out of high quality 2-3 pieces of natural amber without glue. It is non-transparent or semi-transparent. Butterscotch amber is often heated at high humidity to reach so-called “antique” color: yolk, or caramel. Butterscotch color ages beautifully due to natural oxidization and turns darker and darker reaching the color of yolk.
